How to use your Action Plan

Turn your direction into concrete tasks instead of trying to move everything forward at once.

For each task, define:

• Category to understand which part of the project it belongs to
• Priority to decide what deserves attention first
• Deadline when timing matters
• Owner if someone else needs to take responsibility
• Link to keep useful files or resources close
• Notes for any context you don’t want to lose

Move each task from To Do → In progress → Done as the project moves forward.

The goal isn’t to create more tasks. It’s to make the next move obvious.
